These Terms & Conditions are a placeholder outline pending legal review. They will govern the relationship between SoftRemit and its Clients (money transfer operators, exchange houses, banks, and regulated financial institutions) that license or deploy the SoftRemit platform.

SoftRemit is offered under a white-label license across Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid deployment models. Specific license terms, service levels, and support commitments are defined per commercial agreement.

SoftRemit provides a configurable compliance rules engine, but compliance logic, thresholds, and regulatory reporting configurations are owned and defined by the Client. SoftRemit does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

Uptime SLAs, support response times, and maintenance windows are defined in the applicable service agreement between SoftRemit and the Client.
